Once your property is listed, our team proactively reaches out to interested prospects to discuss their qualifications. Our goal is to identify and secure the most qualified residents for your property while ensuring a smooth and efficient showing process.
Here’s how we handle different types of properties and showing methods:
Single-Family Homes & Townhouses
We use a combination of self-showings and agent-guided tours, depending on the property’s location and occupancy status.
For self-showings, we use trusted software such as Tenant Turner to verify a prospect’s ID and phone numberbefore granting secure, temporary access to the home.
Agent-guided tours are also available, allowing our team to personally show the property and answer any questions on-site.
Condos
For condos, agent-guided tours are typically the most convenient for everyone involved, as many buildings have specific entry procedures or require coordination with on-site management.
If the building has a concierge and the owner approves, we can sometimes arrange self-guided tours as well.
Open House Showings
We often conduct open houses—especially for occupied properties—to minimize disruption for current residents. These are usually scheduled on weekends for optimal exposure and convenience.
Sub-Question:
Can the owner request only agent-guided tours?
Yes, absolutely. Owners can specify if they prefer only agent-guided tours for their property. We’ll make sure all showings follow that preference.
Note: Every property and situation is unique. We’re happy to discuss your preferences and create a showing plan that works best before listing your property.
