Yes. All residents must provide proof of renters insurance before Next Brick grants access to the property. This ensures both the resident and the property are protected.
Your policy must include:
Liability coverage of at least $300,000 (Unless listed otherwise on your lease)
Coverage for accidental water damage (please confirm this is included, as not all companies offer it by default)
Next Brick LLC listed as an Additional Insured
