Your annual tax documents will be made available to you by the IRS deadline of January 31st.
These documents will be provided in the following way:
Online Portal: Your 1099 and year-end statement will be uploaded to your secure Owner Portal for easy access and download. You will also receive a notification once they are ready.
Physical Copy (Optional): Next Brick does not automatically mail physical copies. If you would like a paper copy mailed to you, please submit your request no later than January 15th each year.
To ensure timely delivery of a requested physical copy, please make sure we have your current mailing address on file.
