Important Legal Notes (RCW 59.18.150):
Except in emergencies, landlords must provide 48 hours’ written notice (8 AM – 6 PM) for entry to make repairs or inspections.
24 hours’ notice is required for showing the unit to a prospective tenant or purchaser.
Tenants may refuse entry if proper notice is not given, but must make the unit available when proper notice is provided.
